Are you garden party ready? 
We cannot wait to welcome you to the event - rain, wind or sunshine (or all three.) The garden will be in full bloom and we have plenty of tents to deal with Calgary's unpredictable weather. This year we have more culinary and beverage partners than ever bringing the best sips, flavours and bites of Calgary. 

Where and When…
Thursday, June 19, 2025
5:30pm ‘First Sip’ access for Sponsors and VIP ticket holders only
6:00pm guest arrival at Deane House Restaurant and Garden, 806 9th Avenue SE.

What to expect when you arrive…
The 2025 party will be a sold out event. This is a ticketless event. If you have purchased a ticket, please register on Givergy ahead of time, entering you and your guest's first name, last name, phone number and email address. This will ensure a smooth check-in process. It will also provide important event details including online silent auction updates and raffle prize information via text message. If you have any issues with providing your guest information, please email jkrucik@ywcalgary.ca.

Dress…
Swan around in your garden party ensemble with a hat or fascinator and showcase your individual style and creativity for a chance to win the coveted Rosé and Croquet Garden Party prizes awarded by our most esteemed judges. There are five Fashion Award Categories: Best Floral, Best Western, Most Glamorous Couple, Best Hat or Fascinator, Most Creative Group.

Site Set Up…
Please be aware that this event is outdoors and the garden party site includes hard and soft landscape including grass, concrete and wood. There is uneven ground across the property including curbs.

Raffle Prizes...
Buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of two amazing prizes! Only 200 tickets for each, so act fast!

Parking…
Deane House’s parking lot is not available. Please park on the surrounding side streets or at The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary) off of 9th Avenue SE and walk across the bridge to Deane House. Enter and check-in from the north side of the house at the Pink Carpet Welcome tent.

A ride share or taxi can drop you off at the registration tent at Deane House on 8th Street SE. Deane House address is 806 9th Avenue SE.
If you are driving, please be responsible and do not drink.

Photo/Video Permission …
When you enter Deane House's property for Rosé and Croquet Garden Party, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Deane House and its affiliates and representatives.
