During the summer months an elegant, partially transparent tent covers a section of patio. The chandelier lighting, greenery, and surrounding gardens create a magical outdoor dining room. The unique setting offers an endless range of possibilities for groups of any size — for Long Table Dining, Stampede gatherings, Weddings, and Garden Parties - the only limit is your imagination!
The Verandah

Full Main Floor: 72 seated, or 100 for a cocktail party
The wrap-around semi-private Verandah is fully enclosed and has gorgeous views out to the gardens, the river and city sunsets. Soft banquette seating and flexible furnishings, along with dedicated access to the Tenement Bar, make this the ideal spot for seated meals for up to 40 guests. Seasonal availability.
The Garden Room
6 - 8 people
A sun-filled semi-private room with views to the lawn and gardens. The walnut dining table and mismatched vintage dining chairs add to the warm, comfortable character of this room. Perfect for quiet dining, meetings and special occasions.
The Dining Room
10 -16 people
A low lit private dining space with an ornate moose antler chandelier and original artwork. Square table for 10 guests, one long table for 12 guests or two tables for up to 16 guests. Leather chairs and exposed pocket doors open the room into the bar, allowing for an open and closed atmosphere for social gatherings of any type.
The Library
12-24 seated, up to 50 Cocktail Party
Tucked away at the top of the main staircase of the historic house is Deane's Library. Step into a timeless place surrounded by artifacts and maps true to Captain Deane's era. Enjoy a dedicated bar, wide boardroom tables and sliding doors to make the space truly private.
The Tenement Bar + Pantry
10 people
Gather around the bar and sample Deane's seasonal craft cocktails. This semi-private room is the perfect space for casual mingling, with tall tables in the pantry where you can easily share a few starters and get warmed up for the main event. We are minutes away from the Stampede Grounds and Saddledome.
