DINNER IN THE BIG SMOKE
#NotInMyCity, founded by Paul Brandt in 2017, disrupts human trafficking through awareness, prevention, alliances, and collective action - ensuring exploitation has no place locally. Funds guide efforts toward the Alberta Centre to End Trafficking in Persons, a community-led initiative focused on disrupting trafficking networks, preventing exploitation, supporting survivors, and fostering recovery through cross-sector collaboration.
The atmosphere fuses Pure West’s lively “Yellowstone-meets-garden-party” vibe, curated live auctions of heritage pieces, live music, West-inspired cocktails, canapés, and Alberta flair with an intimate feast, Brandt’s hosting and meaningful impact. Held at Deane House onTreaty 7 land, it unites art enthusiasts, collectors, music fans, and advocates in an elegant event celebrating Western culture while advancing anti-trafficking efforts province-wide.
